We Speak English!
You can complete many parts of your driver training with us in English. However, you must have at least B1-level German to take your practical driving test, which is conducted in German.
We also have experience helping students convert their foreign driving licences to German licences (Umschreibung). Here’s everything you need to know.
Registration & Support
Most of our office staff speak English. At our Möserstraße and Pferdestraße locations, you can usually find at least one English-speaking team member. English-speaking staff may also be available at our other locations.

Theory Training
- Theory lessons: Our group theory lessons are taught in German. If you prefer to learn in English, we can offer individual tutoring sessions.
- Online learning & theory test: You can prepare for your theory test using our learning app, which supports all 12 languages available for the official theory test: English, French, Greek, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Croatian, Spanish, Turkish and Arabic.
Practical Training
- Driving lessons: We have several English-speaking driving instructors. Some of our instructors also speak Russian, Italian, Farsi and Turkish.
- Practical driving test: Your practical test will be conducted in German. We therefore require at least B1-level German so that you can understand the examiner’s instructions and answer basic questions about the vehicle.
